Middle eastern meatballs

- Arabic meatballs shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 500 gm lamb mince shopping list
- S&P shopping list
- ½ tsp ground chilli shopping list
- ½ tsp allspice shopping list
- ½ tsp smoky paprika shopping list
- ½ tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 3 tbs green coriander, chopped shopping list
- 1 tbs olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Process the onion with all but the meat.
- Add to meat and mix thoroughly with wet hands.
- Roll teaspoonfuls into balls with wet hands,
- Place on a oiled baking tray and bake at 180˚C for 20 minutes - swapping over trays if more than one is used.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of finely chopped coriander if liked.
- Notes:
- Can be added to casseroles or served with hot cooked vegetables, chickpea curry or in pilaffs.
