I created this recipe based on another recipe I used to make with smoked ham. I decided to give it a german twist inspired by an imported german smoked prosciutto. I was pleased that even my bf, who is not a deviled eggs fan at all, loved them!

p.s. a little trick to keep the eggs from not sliding all around on the plate :
squirt a little bit of the filling on the serving plate then put the egg on top... now it's "glued" on there :-)

These look really, really good! I also thought that whatever dish is underneath the eggs looked good too. . . .;)

I love deviled eggs as you know and I am always trying out new recipes.
I already have Italian imported Prosciutto De Parma
Which I will use until I find that German import suggested.
I have to say this looks and sounds wonderful Luisa.
Five forks and a flag for beauty.
Big smile almost as glorious as your own.
