Ham Bun Filling

Easy lunch or dinner - kids think they are great!!
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 4 hard boiled eggs, diced shopping list
- 2 TBSP green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 TBSP onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 TBSP stuffed olives, diced (optional) shopping list
- 2 cups ground or finely diced ham or chicken or turkey shopping list
- 6 English muffins, split shopping list
How to make it
- Mix up all the ingrdients and refrigerate.
- Butter English Muffins and spread filling on top of each half
- Place on sprayed cookie sheet
- Cover with foil
- Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees
- This may make more then just 12 depending on how thick you spread the filling. For those of you who read it before I added "cups" to the cheese. And I often add more pepper for color or onion depending on who is eating it.
