Cauliflower With Lemon And Olive Oil Recipe
Arnabeet bel Lamoun is cauliflower simmered with garlic,olive oil and lemon. Cooked till just soft(still a little crisp). Serve with chicken or even in a salad

  • 1 head cauliflower,cut into florets,julienne the stalks
  • 4Tbs olive oil
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 3Tbs lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In med. frying pan,combine olive oil,garlic and lemon. Add cauliflower and simmer on low to med heat,turning every few minutes. Continue to cook for 10 to 15 mins. until cauliflower is a little soft,but still maintains firmness.
