How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. Wash the apricots,cut in half and remove pits.
- Butter 6 1 cup ramekins.
- In electric mixer,put flour and sugar and a pinch of salt;while mixing,add the eggs one by one'then the milk,then the single cream and finally the rum.
- Lay the apricot halves evenly over the bottom of each dish;pour over the batter.
- Bake for about 30 mins;serve warm
