Whole Roasted Chicken with Herbed Butter

- 2 Sprigs Fresh thyme shopping list
- 2 Sprigs Fresh rosemary shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon Chopped fresh mint leaves shopping list
- 1 whole chicken shopping list
- 1 Stick unsalted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Chop herbs
- Combine with softened butter
- Smear herbed butter all over entire bird (reach your fingers underneath the skin and in the cavity – don’t be shy)
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes
- Let sit until you can touch/handle it before carving
