Baked Ham and Cheese Casserole

BAKED HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gold Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 small white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 cup ham chopped shopping list
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Cook macaroni according to package directions then drain.
- While macaroni is still hot stir in butter and onion then add ham and stir in most of the cheese.
- Beat milk and egg together and place macaroni mixture in buttered casserole dish.
- Pour milk mixture over and sprinkle remaining cheese on top then bake 1 hour at 350.
