How to make it

  • In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in the chopped semisweet chocolate until it is melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in the liqueur.

    How simple, and I'm sure the Amaretto adds a great flavor dimension to the sauce...I will have to try this on our next company - it is bound to be a success with these flavors. Thanks!
