How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F
  • Mix the butter, pepper and flour together.
  • Add the cheese and mix in well.
  • Shape into small bite-size balls
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven (400˚F) for about 10 minutes

    thank you for the feed back..... ..... it is very important that your oven be preheated and up to the correct temperature... otherwise everything will melt instead of the butter and flour crisping..... kind of like pie crust...

    Sounds great, but my bites completely melted down in the first 2 minutes of baking. I had a sheet of cheese:-( I used exact measurements- this didn't happen to anyone else!?
