Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350
  • Separate dough into 4 rectangles
  • Coat both sides of each rectangle with cornmeal
  • Place in ungreased 9" nonstick pie pan
  • Press over bottm and up sides to form crust
  • Press edges and seal perferations
  • Sprenkle with any remaining cornmeal
  • Top evenly with chiles and cheeses
  • Bake 24-28 minutes until golden brown
  • Cool 5 minutes
  • Cut into triangles (I use pizza cutter) and serve wtih salas or other dips
