Kalbi Chimichurri or Cross-cut Beef And Garlic Salsa

- Chimichurri: shopping list
- 1 handfull of fresh chopped parsley shopping list
- ½ cup fresh chopped, oregano shopping list
- ½ cup Corriander shopping list
- ½ Tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 whole medium garlic head (Minced) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp of olive oil (EVOO) shopping list
- 3 to 5 red grapes (Depending on the level of sweetness you want to bring in the recipe. I usually go for 3.) shopping list
- juice of half a lime shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper to taste shopping list
- Mix it all together. shopping list
- Kalbis: shopping list
- 4 Servings of Kalbi (Usually 1 package) shopping list
- Chimichurri shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the Kalbis with some of the Chimichurri for 2 hours.
- Grill the Kalbis
- Top the Kalbis with Chimichurri
- Enjoy.
- I usually serve this dish with Rice & Beans, Sauteed Mixed bell peppers and Pikliz (Haitian coleslaw, Caution very hot.)

I love your spin on churrasco. I can get Kalbi cut beef at my local Asian supermarket, so I'll be giving this a try very soon...it sounds great and I love grilling. Thanks for sharing your recipe! ~Vickie

Yeah Baby!! This sounds awesome!! I have not had this before and am dying to try it. I have made flank stake with the chimichurri but have never had this cut before... Thanks for a great recipe...;-)
