Ingredients

How to make it

  • Marinate the Kalbis with some of the Chimichurri for 2 hours.
  • Grill the Kalbis
  • Top the Kalbis with Chimichurri
  • Enjoy.
  • I usually serve this dish with Rice & Beans, Sauteed Mixed bell peppers and Pikliz (Haitian coleslaw, Caution very hot.)

    I love the spice blend in this recipe I never made this YET but it is on my top to make ASAP recipes list. I will ask my butcher for a special order so I can have it for the weekend.

    Yeah Baby!! This sounds awesome!! I have not had this before and am dying to try it. I have made flank stake with the chimichurri but have never had this cut before... Thanks for a great recipe...;-)

    Ok, we won't see the top of our grill for several months around here, but I have printed this off and placed it in my grilling book for future reference...sounds like a delicious blend of seasonings. Thank you, greenlord!
