Ingredients
  • Chimichurri:
  • 1 handfull of fresh chopped parsley
  • ½ cup fresh chopped, oregano
  • ½ cup Corriander
  • ½ Tsp Cumin
  • 1 whole medium garlic head (Minced)
  • 1 Tbsp of Olive oil (EVOO)
  • 3 to 5 red grapes (Depending on the level of sweetness you want to bring in the recipe. I usually go for 3.)
  • Juice of half a lime
  • pinch of salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Mix it all together.
  • Kalbis:
  • 4 Servings of Kalbi (Usually 1 package)
  • Chimichurri

Directions
  1. Marinate the Kalbis with some of the Chimichurri for 2 hours.
  2. Grill the Kalbis
  3. Top the Kalbis with Chimichurri
  4. Enjoy.
  5. I usually serve this dish with Rice & Beans, Sauteed Mixed bell peppers and Pikliz (Haitian coleslaw, Caution very hot.)

I love your spin on churrasco. I can get Kalbi cut beef at my local Asian supermarket, so I'll be giving this a try very soon...it sounds great and I love grilling. Thanks for sharing your recipe! ~Vickie

Ok, we won't see the top of our grill for several months around here, but I have printed this off and placed it in my grilling book for future reference...sounds like a delicious blend of seasonings. Thank you, greenlord!


Yeah Baby!! This sounds awesome!! I have not had this before and am dying to try it. I have made flank stake with the chimichurri but have never had this cut before... Thanks for a great recipe...;-)


I love the spice blend in this recipe I never made this YET but it is on my top to make ASAP recipes list. I will ask my butcher for a special order so I can have it for the weekend.
