How to make it

  • (Preheat oven to 375F.)
  • In a large mixing bowl, put in all the ingredients, mix and toss thoroughly.
  • Spread them in one layer on a sprayed or buttered baking tray.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, take out of the oven, toss and turn the pieces around keeping one single layer for them to cook evenly.
  • Put back in the oven and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes or just until tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Serve with your favorite meat, poultry of even fish dish as a side.
  • You will get hooked on this one.
