Ingredients
  • 40 pepperoncini
  • 1 cup herb of garlic flavored Rondele soft cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely diced hard salami

Directions
  1. 1. Cut the top portion with the stem off of the pepperoncini, and then gently scoop out the seeds with a clean finger. Note: Be careful not to split the pepperoncini.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the cheese and salami until thoroughly combined
  3. 3. Snip a little bit of the corner off a heavy weight plastic storage bag.
  4. 4. Spoon the cheese mixture into the bag, and then twist until the mixture is packed in and begins to come out of the cut corner.
  5. 5. Pipe the cheese into each pepperoncini—filling it to the top
  6. 6. Chill until ready to serve.
