Good Coffee Cookies

This recipe has been in my family as long as I can remember. They are great as a dessert or as a morning delight with that first cup of java. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 3 cups light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup soft butter shopping list
- 3 well beaten eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 6 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Mix brown sugar and butter together then add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, salt, flour and soda.
- Make a soft dough and chill for 1 hour.
- Take small lumps and roll in palm of your hand and press onto a cookie sheet into 1/4" rounds.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
