How to make it

  • Combine corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber and onion then set aside.
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, mustard, pepper and salt and mix well.
  • Combine corn mixture and sour cream mixture then cover and refrigerate overnight.

    I've always loved the "viniagrette" type corn salads, but this sounds so good with the creamy dressing - will have to give it a whirl...thanks!
