Watermelon Salsa

Great for the 4th of July. You can carve the watermelon into a bowl. Use a paring knife to "engrave" stars and stripes on the side.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of diced watermelon, remove seeds shopping list
- 1 six ounce can of crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1/2 of a diced red onion shopping list
- 3 tbls of fresh chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1/4 of a jalapeno pepper, diced fine, no seeds shopping list
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice shopping list
- Salt, pepper and sugar to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all into a large bowl. You can make this recipe as large as you want. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
