Spelt Breadmachine Bread

If you like a nutty taste to your recipes then Spelt is an excellent flour to use. It is available in most grocery stores in the natural food section or in specialty health food stores.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups skim milk or rice milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 cups spelt flour shopping list
- 2-1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Place ingredients in the pan of your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select cycle and press Start.
- This recipe makes 1, 2 pound loaf

I like the option of using skim or rice milk. This is going to be very popular in my home. We like to drizzle honey over a slice of this bread. High 5!
