Ingredients

1-1/4 cups skim milk or rice milk

2 Tbsp. granulated sugar

2 Tbsp. canola oil

1 teaspoon salt

4 cups Spelt flour

2-1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Directions

Place ingredients in the pan of your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

Select cycle and press Start.

This recipe makes 1, 2 pound loaf
