Stroking Chicken

This is yummy with rice or noodles and a green veggie. I like mine a little spicier so I add red pepper, little bit of hot sauce or green chiles. I wish I could take credit for this one but it is from HBHW reader Linda.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 16 oz sour cream (light or fat free work fine) shopping list
- 1 envelope onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
How to make it
- Combine soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream; Spread over chicken in crock pot.
- Cook on low all day-8 hours or so.

This does sound very yummie, I do my beef roast with the dry onion soup and cream of mushroom soup and it makes the best gravy/you have my 5. Great post.
