Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1, 12 oz can pina colada mix
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 ozs pineapple juice
  • 1, 5 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1, 8 oz carton whipped topping
  • 1, 9 oz package frozen coconut, thawed

Directions
  1. grease and flour 9 x 13 pan
  2. mix cake according to directions and bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
  3. mix together pina colada mix, milk, and pineapple juice
  4. pour over warm cake and set aside to cool.
  5. spread crushed pineapple over cake
  6. spread whipped topping over pineapple and sprinkle with coconut
  7. prepare the day before serving, refrigerate, covered.
