Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1, 12 oz can pina colada mix shopping list
- 1 can condensed milk shopping list
- 3 ozs pineapple juice shopping list
- 1, 5 oz can crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1, 8 oz carton whipped topping shopping list
- 1, 9 oz package frozen coconut, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- grease and flour 9 x 13 pan
- mix cake according to directions and bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
- mix together pina colada mix, milk, and pineapple juice
- pour over warm cake and set aside to cool.
- spread crushed pineapple over cake
- spread whipped topping over pineapple and sprinkle with coconut
- prepare the day before serving, refrigerate, covered.
