How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut Baugette into slices 1/2 inch thick. Put Aside
  • Chop Onion and Tomato finely, and add to bowl along with peeled and hulled avocado.
  • Mash mixture in bowl well with fork.
  • Place bread slices on cookie sheet (spray with cooking spray first) and put a dollop of mixture on each slice.
  • Press mixture down so it covers most of the slice, then cover with small slice of Brie Cheese.
  • Brush top of Brie lightly with Olive Oil and then sprinkle with Italian Spice blend.
  • Bake in oven for 8 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
  • Best when served within hour of being made, although they do still taste good after being refrigerated.
