Ingredients

How to make it

  • rinse chicken and pat dry then place in a zip top bag
  • add salt, pepper, cayene and garlic (again use lots of garlic)
  • shake bag to coat pieces and refrigerate over night
  • heat oil in a dutch oven or I use my Grandmas Cast iron skillet
  • put flour in a brown paper bag add same seasons you used for chicken
  • dampen chicken with a little milk or butter milk
  • place pieces in the bag afew at a time and shake
  • fry till browned remove to a baking dish an finish in a 350 degree oven till the juices run clear.
  • This chicken has a very garlicy flavor great for keeping the vampires away.
  • Enjoy

    Fried chicken it doesn't get any better, I usually soak in buttermilk over night. I like the garlic and cayenne, that would take it over the top....:)
