Grilled Fish Tacos

- 2 pounds fresh grouper, snapper, mahi-mahi or haddock fillets shopping list
- 8-12 flour tortillas, soft shopping list
- 1 head shredded lettuce shopping list
- marinade shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- Combine fish fillets with marinade mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill fillets on a hot grill. Chop cooked fillets into bite-sized pieces. Fill tortilla with shredded lettuce, fish pieces, and Mango/Avocado Salsa.
- Mango/Avocado Salsa
- 2 mangos, diced medium
- 1 avocado, diced medium
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preparation
- Combine all ingredients; mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

I love these b/c they are so healthy AND taste so good! I'll be whipping these babies up for sure! But I will use whole wheat tortillas...

Looks great! I'm going to try these this weekend. Got some friends coming over. I fell in love with fish tacos on a trip to Cabo years ago. I'm hoping these take me back there!!! LOL! Great post!
