Sausage Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound sausage

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg beaten

2 Tbsp chopped parsley

1/4 tsp salt

2/3 cup milk

1/2 cup onion, diced

1/2 cup swiss cheese

1/2 tsp Tabasco

2 cups Bisquick

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Crumble sausage and brown with onion; drain. Add cheeses, egg, Tabasco, salt, and parsley and mix well.

Make dough with Bisquick, milk, and mayonnaise. Spread over top of first mixture in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Brush top with beaten egg yolk, if desired.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
