How to make it

  • In pan place 1 Tablespoon Safflower Oil,bring up the heat to allow the oil to become hot.
  • Add the garlic,challots,ginger,and cook until soft,about 5 minutes.
  • Add the soy sauce,chicken stock,white wine,lemon juice,grapefruit juice,and orange juice.
  • Bring mixture to a boil,watch and stir from time to time,and reduce to a syrupy stage,leaving about 1/2 cup of mixture,cooking about 45 minutes.
  • With a very fine sieve,strain mixture,pressing to release the extract from the solid.
  • Place in blender and add the oil,blend until combined.
  • On light oiled grill pan,Grill the salmon steaks until Medium rare,turn once.
  • Serve with sauce over top.
