- 6 salmon steaks shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves,thinly sliced shopping list
- 4 Medium shallots,thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Fresh ginger,sliced shopping list
- 3/4 Cup safflower oil shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce,light shopping list
- 2 Cup chicken stock shopping list
- 3/4 Cup white wine shopping list
- 1/3 Cup lemon Jucie,Fresh shopping list
- 1 Cup grapefruit Jucie,Fresh shopping list
- 1 Cup orange juice,Fresh shopping list
- Pinc of sea salt,and ground pepper,Fresh shopping list
How to make it
- In pan place 1 Tablespoon Safflower Oil,bring up the heat to allow the oil to become hot.
- Add the garlic,challots,ginger,and cook until soft,about 5 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce,chicken stock,white wine,lemon juice,grapefruit juice,and orange juice.
- Bring mixture to a boil,watch and stir from time to time,and reduce to a syrupy stage,leaving about 1/2 cup of mixture,cooking about 45 minutes.
- With a very fine sieve,strain mixture,pressing to release the extract from the solid.
- Place in blender and add the oil,blend until combined.
- On light oiled grill pan,Grill the salmon steaks until Medium rare,turn once.
- Serve with sauce over top.
