- 1/2 teaspoon cumin,ground shopping list
- Ribs: shopping list
- 4 Pound pork loin Back Ribs shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1 Tablespoons oil shopping list
- 3/4 Cup onion,chopped shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic,minced shopping list
- 8-oz can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/3 Cup pineapple rum shopping list
- 1/3 Cup molasses shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chili powder shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the rub mixture,and place on ribs.
- Cover and chill for 24 hours.
- Place on grill,bone sides down,on lightly oiled rack,over drip pan.
- Cover and grill for about 1-1/2 hours.
- Meanwhile,combine the sauce mixture in pan and bring to boil,reduce heat and simmer uncoverd for about 20 minutes or until reduced to 1 Cup,stir often.
