Overnight Blueberry Coffee Cake

- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, butter and eggs; add to dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Fold in berries.
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, uncover and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
