How to make it

  • Heat grill to med-high.Spray large piece of aluminum foil with spray.
  • Place salmon on foil,skin side down. Melt the butter. Remove from heat and mix in Italian seasoningand herbs de Provence. Brush on the fillets.
  • Seal the aluminum foil,do not wrap tightly,leave a bit of breathing room. Place on grill and cook 6 to 10 mins,until salmon is flakey not dry.. When coked,remove from heat and open packet. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Close packet and heat from the fish will melt it. Pat on pecans and serve.

    I've been buying salmon whenever I can find the good wild caught stuff - so good...this post will definitely be tried out on my next purchase. Sounds very tasty, and so quick!
