"Fruit of the Spirit" brought two of this recipe from both Patricia Muscatello and Bea Desimone. I know one of these ladies personally and she IS a good cook!

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 ounce package dried beef
  • 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 pint sour cream

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Thinly layer the dried chipped beef into a 9x13" baking dish.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon slice.
  4. Arrange breasts on dried chipped beef.
  5. Mix soup and sour cream together until blended.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Bake for 3 hours, basting often.
