Party Chicken

"Fruit of the Spirit" brought two of this recipe from both Patricia Muscatello and Bea Desimone. I know one of these ladies personally and she IS a good cook!
Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 8 slices bacon shopping list
- 8 ounce package dried beef shopping list
- 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 3/4 pint sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
- Thinly layer the dried chipped beef into a 9x13" baking dish.
- Wrap each chicken breast with bacon slice.
- Arrange breasts on dried chipped beef.
- Mix soup and sour cream together until blended.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake for 3 hours, basting often.
