Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f.
  • Sprinkle cheeses in bottom of the pie crust.
  • Tope with pepperoni and mushrooms.
  • In a heavy skillet, saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil until crisp tender.
  • Spoon over the mushrooms in the pie crust.
  • In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, and italian seasoning until well blended and pour gently over the other stuff in the pie crust (or just the smal casserole dish for us).
  • Bake quiche at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Just like any other custard...
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • Slice it pretty and we served it with a little bit of pizza sauce on it and a side salad wit h fat free dressing. it was to good to be real!

Sounds yummy! My hubby thinks Quiche is one of those sissy sounding names but I bet he would suck this one down if I didn't tell him what it was called.

That is definitely a great looking quiche - and the quiche crust is less carbs than a bread crust! I had to print this off so I can make it soon - sounds delish...thanks!
PS - just realized you used no crust at all...better yet - I will try it that way.
