How to make it

  • Cook chicken and garlic in butter in medium skillet 15 minutes turning once.
  • Add wine and brandy but do not stir.
  • With a long match ignite brandy mixture then shake pan until flame goes out.
  • Cover then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes then remove chicken to platter and set aside.
  • Combine remaining ingredients stirring well then add to pan juices.
  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
  • Pour sauce over chicken then serve immediately.

    That sounds really good, chefm - like the brandy with the wine in the sauce...the flavors sound rich and delicious!
