Easy Ranch Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1lb small, shaped pasta(shells, rotini, bow ties, etc)

160z sour cream

1 packet dry Ranch seasoning mix

1/4 cup mayo

2 bell peppers, chopped

4 green onions, chopped

1 bag frozen baby peas. Thawed, but not cooked

1 carrot, shredded

2 cups colby cheese, shredded

Directions

Prepare pasta per box directions and immediately rinse with cold water. Let drain.

Combine sour cream, ranch mix and mayo in large bowl.

Add pasta and all other remaining ingredients and toss to coat.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Stir well before serving and dust with paprika, if desired
