Ingredients

How to make it

  • Remove meat from chicken.
  • In a large skillet or pot, melt butter.
  • Add onions, celery, mushrooms, garlic and bell pepper and cook until tender(about 3 to 4 minutes)
  • Stir in tomatoes, chicken, black olives, and wine.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add spices and lower heat to med/low.
  • Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until well heated.
  • Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.

    Wonderful. A classic combo of flavors.
    I have poached chicken in my fridge (recipe posted) almost all the time for sudden needs like this.
