Too Quick Chicken Dinner

- 1 roasted chicken from the deli(remove meat and chop) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced thin shopping list
- 1 bell pepper, sliced thin shopping list
- 1 small can or 1/4 cup chopped black olives shopping list
- 1 can stewed or diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning shopping list
- dash or two of creole spice shopping list
- 1 pound your favorite pasta noodles cooked according to package directions shopping list
How to make it
- Remove meat from chicken.
- In a large skillet or pot, melt butter.
- Add onions, celery, mushrooms, garlic and bell pepper and cook until tender(about 3 to 4 minutes)
- Stir in tomatoes, chicken, black olives, and wine.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add spices and lower heat to med/low.
- Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until well heated.
- Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
