Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring water to a boil for the pasta.
  • In a plastic bag shake the shrimp with the olive oil. Place them in one layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the seasonings.
  • Bake them for 9 minutes and then remove from oven.
  • When the shrimp go into the oven put the linguini in to cook.
  • Simmer the sauce, too, so all will be ready to combine when the shrimp come out.
  • Mix the sauce into the linguini and add in most of the shrimp. Garnish with a few on top.
  • Serve with the grated cheese to pass around.

Hi Bori...love the sounds of this - if only I could do pasta these days...I will have to try some of my low-carb Dreamfields, though our stores seem to be deleting the line (idiots). I've never tried to roast shrimp, but I will try it just for you! ~Krummie~
