Fire Corn Recipe
This dish combines the creamy richness of cream cheese, with the spicy heat of jalepenos. A nice way to jazz up your corn.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cans White Shoepeg Corn(not regular corn it's just not the same)
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 1-2 tsp minced jalepenos (to taste)
  • a little milk to thin if needed

Directions
  1. Drain corn, saving the juice.
  2. Put juice and cream cheese in a medium sauce pan.
  3. Melt toghether on med-low heat.
  4. Add corn and jalepenos and mix together.
  5. Heat through
  6. Add a little milk to thin if needed.
  7. Peppers will increase this dish in heat as it sits.

Never saw canned shoe peg corn around here so can I still make this with frozen?..It sounds awesome.
