How to make it

  • Drain corn, saving the juice.
  • Put juice and cream cheese in a medium sauce pan.
  • Melt toghether on med-low heat.
  • Add corn and jalepenos and mix together.
  • Heat through
  • Add a little milk to thin if needed.
  • Peppers will increase this dish in heat as it sits.

    Never saw canned shoe peg corn around here so can I still make this with frozen?..It sounds awesome.
