From dugger 15 years agoIngredients

- 6 tbsp butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup of milk or Cream shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3//8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list

How to make it
- Rub potatoes with oil and bake at 450 for about 1-1/2 hours. Or until a fork easily penetrates to the center.
- Cut baked potatoes in half. Cut them so they will lay flat as halves.
- Scoop out the center of the potatoes with a spoon leaving 1/4 inch of potato meat around the edges.
- Mash the potato pulp and combine with warm milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper and butter. Blend with a mixer until smooth.
- Place potato shells in a baking dish large enough to hold them in a single layer. Fill with the potato mixture.
- Top with onion/chive, bacon and shredded cheese.
- Microwave or broil until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
