This recipes comes from the Waggoner Estate that I purchased from the estate sale in Quinlan, Texas in 1986. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed corn chips
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns toasted
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Salsa

Directions
  1. In mixing bowl combine egg, corn chips, water and half the seasoning mix.
  2. Add meat and mix well then shape into 4 patties and cook over medium coals 6 minutes.
  3. Turn and cook 5 minutes longer then serve on buns with tomato, lettuce, cheese and salsa.
