Ingredients
- 2 c bisquick
- 3 oz sprite or 7 up
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 3/4 stick melted butter
Directions
- combine biscuit mix,soda,sour cream.
- if dough is too sticky gradually add biscuitt mix untill it is easy to handle.
- shape dough into a ball
- knead 10 times
- roll dough out to 3/4 inch thickness
- cut w 2 in biscuitt cutter
- baste biscuits before baking then again 7 minutes after
- bake at 400 for 10 minutes or till browned
