The key to this pie turning out right is to whip the eggs at LEAST 5 minutes after each one is added. Turns out a pie that is unbelievably rich and delicious. Keep refrigerated. Please see recipe notes! Enjoy, --Kn0x--

Sounds delicious. Maybe you could use pasturized eggs to make this and avoid the risk of salmonella.
