Ingredients

2 cups cooked ground beef prepared for taco filling

1/2 cup Uncle Ben's Ready Rice Pilaf, cooked

1 cup Sauted Caraway Bell Peppers, minced

14 Egg Roll wrappers

1 tbsp cooking oil

Directions

Mix the ingredients well.

Place spoon mixture onto eggroll and wrap them up.

The eggroll wrapper people usually include a simple diagram to instruct on best method for rolling the eggrolls.

Use a little water or eggwhite wash to seal the end.

Place rolls, seam side down, on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Brush each roll with a bit of oil.

Bake on 400 for 20-25 minutes

Served these up today at the party. Added a picture showing how they disappeared. I made a simple queso dip using velveeta and salsa which went well with them.
