Sweet Potato Planks

                    - 4 large sweet potatoes shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Peel and halve sweet potatoes.
- Stand potato sections up on cut end and slice vertically into planks about ¼” thick.
- Add planks to hot oil and fry until they begin to brown lightly on each side, and are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Drain on paper towels and salt while hot.
- Serve hot.
