Made these the other night and they were so good. A simple coating so all the onion flavor is right there with every bite...So easy to make. From Food Network

I'm under the weather today and my stomach's a little queezy. But after reading this recipe, I want to go fry up some onion rings. This will be the first thing I eat when I'm all better. Thanks for sharing. :)

I'll be doing this one soon. I love onion rings, and the 6 yr. old loves them, too! She'll have to have some ranch to dip hers in. LOL

I never did like the heavy batter on onions rings. These sound like they fry up nice and crisp. The Chile sauce sounds wonderful too... Saving this to my must try recipe box...;-)~~~
