Jacks Lasagna Dip 2 Recipe

It’s a fun party dip, served hot with corn chips or crackers. Great for Football games and parties.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, browned
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can of pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained (optional)
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, sliced
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Place ground beef and onions in a large skillet. Cook over medium high heat until onions are soft and ground beef is evenly brown. Drain beef.
- Melt cream cheese in crockpot on low-med. and Melt cream cheese in crockpot on low-med. heat. Mix in pizza sauce, diced tomatoes, and black olives. Add (crumbled) ground beef, mix well. Add parmesan cheese, stir. Add in garlic powder if desired. Heat till hot.
- Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer with cream cheese slices. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven 20-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted
