- 8 oz mushrooms, stems removed shopping list
- White seedless grapes, washed & patted dry shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives shopping list
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened (cream cheese with chives may be substituted) shopping list
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, chives and half of the Parmesan cheese. Place grapes in mushroom caps. Take about a spoonful of cream cheese mixture and cover grapes and tops of mushrooms. Roll tops of covered mushrooms in remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until Parmesan is lightly browned.
