Ingredients

Baked Boysenberry warm wheel of Brie

Tortilla cheese and vegetable filled pinwheels

Vegetable Egg rolls with dipping sauce

Nori Shushi with dipping sauce

English Muffin Pizzas

Artichoke /Spinach pasta Salad

Purple, Gold and White Potato salad

Stuffed grape leaves with mint and rice

Tamalaes with sour cream and salsa

Mini Pigs in Blankets ( daughters hubby had to have a bowl of ketsup with these! )

Bourbon Glazed Frank bites

Italian mini meatballs in marina sauce and asagio cheese

Indian mini meatballs with cilantro chutney

Warm Spinach and artichoke dip

Dhokla- Indian steamed snack bread with black mustard seed cilantro and oil dip

Buttery and sweet cornbread squared

Assorted Cheeses , assorted crackers and fresh Fruit tray

Stuffed celery with blue cheese and smoked salmon

Pink Pickled eggs

Sliced Filet of beef tenderloin with cocktail rye and horseradish cream sauce

Rosemary mini muffins with orange butter, smoked turkey and swiss

Bacon wrapped prunes

Pesto filled Quesadiellas

Warm Carrot, potato, leek soup( Vichyssoise)

Desserts:

decorated wedding cupcakes :

white cupcakes with mocha frosting

Red velvet with white vanilla frosting

Shot glass desserts: (Strawberry cheesecake desserts & and chocloate brownie cake dessert .

These desserts were layered with strawberry filling, cheesecake, whipped cream or chocolate sauce, chocolate cake, whipped cream etc

dried cherry chocolate chip cookes

Fudge brownies with frsoting

Pastry nut and meringue filled cookie horns

Indian sweets and Indian halva

Chocolate fountain with pretzel sticks, fresh strawberries and marshmallows

Champagne, wine, coffee, tea, water, soda
