Ironically I just read of someone else's catering menu and I just finished my affair ! I am retired from former catering and mostly do for family and close friends So I decided to post mine of a wedding recption buffet I just catered for my daughter She wanted an array of International appetizers, foods and glamorous desserts. Read more Many of the following recipes I already posted and some just recently. My daughter had many vegetarian friends and i had to keep that in mind plus her husbands likes etc.. Everything homemade except for some minor items like the English muffins, cheese, fruit, certain bottled condiments, etc. I had even purchashed a chocolate fountain machine for the home and it worked out fine! The party was a success, not much leftover and everyone enjoyed of the array of foods! it was immense planning, organzing for me and my husband but we have done so many affairs like this.
