How to make it

  • Cur ens away from brussel sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
  • Toss with oil.salt and pepper and roast on baking sheet for 35 to 40 mins. When don roasting ,toss with mixture of sour cream,horseradish and bacon. Serve hot

    I am going to suprise a brussel sprout lover with this when they come over instead of covering it with the normal cheese sauce. great idea
