Brussel Sprouts with Sour CreamHorseradish and Bacon

Delicious roasted brussel sprouts with sour cream,horseradish and bacon. Friend did these for us for dinner.

Cur ens away from brussel sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
Toss with oil.salt and pepper and roast on baking sheet for 35 to 40 mins. When don roasting ,toss with mixture of sour cream,horseradish and bacon. Serve hot

I am going to suprise a brussel sprout lover with this when they come over instead of covering it with the normal cheese sauce. great idea
