Love the potato chip and almond add - your Grandma Roberts was a woman after my own heart...take something loaded with calories and make it even more so (and even better tasting). Your grandma and Paula Deen are my idols! Do you pulverize the nuts in a processor, or just chop them finely?? I can't wait to try this one...hugs!!

In answer to Krum's question about the almonds...I used my pampered chef nut chopper. You know one of those springloaded choppers that you pound the top of and it bounces the blade up and down on the nuts? It works quite nicely and it contains the almonds in one place, they don't go flying across the cutting board that way.
