Crispy Fish

- 2 lbs. of fish fillets shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1 cup of cold milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp of oil shopping list
- 1 cup of flour shopping list
- 2 cups of finely crushed potato chiips mixed with shopping list
- 1/2 cup of finely crushed blanched almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Cut fillets into serving size pieces.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, both sides.
- Combine egg, milk, oil and salt.
- Gradually whisk in flour and mix well.
- Dip fish pieces into this batter, then roll in the
- potato chips and almond mixture.
- Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees until nicely browned.
