Quick And Spicy Asian Cucumbers

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar shopping list
- 4 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper shopping list
- 2 small English hothouse cucumbers (also known as "Burpless or seedless) shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
- (This can be made 1 day ahead, if desired).
- Cover and chill.
- Slice cucumbers crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick rounds.
- Add cucumber slices to vinegar mixture; toss.
- Cover and chill 1 hour, tossing occasionally.
