This uncooked dressing
is a great spread for sandwiches makes a wonderful, tangy cole slaw or potato salad dressing.
Note the use of raw egg, so use clean uncracked eggs and keep unused portions well chilled

This is really a unique recipe! I have never seen condensed milk used in a preparation like this before. Usually condensed milk goes into baked goods. This is so interesting and sounds good. I would make it with probably canola oil or extra virgin olive oil rather than the butter. Something tells me it would blend better.
Have you made a coleslaw with this as the dressing?
