Magic Mayonnaise Recipe
This uncooked dressing is a great spread for sandwiches makes a wonderful, tangy cole slaw or potato salad dressing. Note the use of raw egg, so use clean uncracked eggs and keep unused portions well chilled

Ingredients
  • 1 can (1 1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil or melted margarine or melted butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions
  1. Beat well together in mixer or blender until mixture thickens.
  2. Chill before serving.

This is really a unique recipe! I have never seen condensed milk used in a preparation like this before. Usually condensed milk goes into baked goods. This is so interesting and sounds good. I would make it with probably canola oil or extra virgin olive oil rather than the butter. Something tells me it would blend better.
Have you made a coleslaw with this as the dressing?

I love using the condensed milk in dressings. Make them so much better. This one taste great, I can tell.


I love Mayo too and i bet adding milk will be of g8 taste!
