Buds potato Salad

- 10lbs potatoes shopping list
- 1c water shopping list
- 1c white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1c white sugar shopping list
- 2 onions,diced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1Tbs celery seed shopping list
- 2c mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm,about 15 mins. Drain,allow to cool.
- Slice cooked potatoes and layer in large bowl or dish. In saucepan,combine water,vinegar and sugar. Bring to boil and cook for 1 min. Remove from heat,pour over potatoes. Cover and chill at least 12 hours.
- Drain excess marinade and add onions,salt and pepper,celery seed and mayonnaise. Mix well,serve chilled.

My sister use to some time make her potatoe salad similar to this. She always made good potatoe salad. I love this as much as I love dessert. It's really my down fall. Thanks for sharing the recipe, you have my 5.
