Neelys Sauteed Spinach

Saw this recipe on Food Network's "Down Home with the Neely's". Tried it and now we can't have it often enough.
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, roughly chopped shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced (I use roasted garlic) shopping list
- 2 bunches spinach, well washed and tough stems discarded shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the chopped bacon and render until almost crisp.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the spinach a little at a time.
- Toss with tongs until wilited.
- Add balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
