Saw this recipe on Food Network's "Down Home with the Neely's". Tried it and now we can't have it often enough.

Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, roughly chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced (I use roasted garlic)
- 2 bunches spinach, well washed and tough stems discarded
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the chopped bacon and render until almost crisp.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the spinach a little at a time.
- Toss with tongs until wilited.
- Add balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.

OK, I did make this and it was very yummy! My hubby loves greens, you made him very happy! Added a picture under your main one. I took a pic. of it still in the pan and you can see the steam pouring out of it. Thanks again!
